Vicki-Lynn comes to Phillips Floor to Ceiling with over 20 years experience in the kitchen and bath remodeling business. She learned how to design kitchens in 1989 in Santa Barbara, and has been very successful in the kitchen and bath business since then. From being a carpenter's helper, to painting, to construction work, she has a lot of hands-on experience in the building trades and loves taking a project from start to finish leaving a beautiful end product and a happy, satisfied customer.

Randy is a second generation floor covering professional - with over 30 years experience. He has been with Phillips Floor To Ceiling for the last 17 years. He has a thorough knowledge of both commercial and residential products to help you complete your flooring projects from concept through completion. Randy's interests include family, friends, & motorcycle racing.

Born into a floor covering family, Cathy has familiarity with most every aspect of the industry. Her own career spans over 30 years, with skills honed through working in the wholesale or technical realms of flooring. Excelling in space planning and innovative solutions she became the consultant to movie studios and set designers. Moving to the Central Coast over 20 years ago, Cathy chose retail sales and design for a more personal touch. With a Smith College degree in ethics and sociology, Cathy brings professionalism, creativity, and vast knowledge to every project. Her meticulous attention to detail combined with an enthusiastic and thoughtful approach transform the search for new flooring into a uniquely rewarding experience.

Sandy joined the Phillips design team in the fall of 99’. She has a keen design sense and vast knowledge when it comes to floor covering, slab and solid surface counter tops, natural stone, and window coverings. Sandy is passionate about working with people. When it comes to customer service, flexibility, reliability and expert advise, Sandy is ready to tackle any challenge. Previous projects have ranged in size from large scale new construction and entire house designs to smaller kitchen and bath remodels. Sandy is ready to help you on your project!

Dave also works with builders, developers, and contractors to establish residential programs. In his off hours, Dave enjoys music, and spending time with his family.

Bob and his wife Heidi have owned and operated Phillips Floor to Ceiling since 1992. His original involvement in the floor covering industry was as a sales rep and manager for several carpet mills in California from 1976 to 1992. Bob’s passion with Phillips Floor to Ceiling has been to provide outstanding customer service ( a 96% Customer Service Rating for Satisfied Customers). He is extremely proud of the Phillips team of professional sales advisors that work with him. He and Heidi have been married for 32 years with 2 grown children (Robin & Scott) that they are very proud of. Bob’s favorite free time activities are traveling and being a basketball fan.

Eric uses care in handling the products that come through our 5,200 square foot facility. Eric lives in the Five Cities, and in his off hours enjoys technology and entertainment.
